Auto tranny mystery_shift

I have a 96 gle

Rebuilt my tranny a year ago, tranny started to give me a 4th gear invalid ratio problem code about a month after the tranny was rebuilt but my mechanic said it might be the transmission control computer acting up. So i let it be being that the car was shifting fine. Now my tranny started shifting all wrong, like it does not know how fast the car is going. At WOT the tranny bounces off the rev limiter. Also downshifts to the wrong gear when driving at hiway speeds and i go WOT. I recently replaced my Transmission computer and it was like night and day, was was shifting great at high speeds ands everything. About 2 weeks later car goes back to how it was. what could be the problem. It seems like when the transmission control computer learns the car it messes up. Why?

The following goes the the TCM:

Engine Speed sensor signal from the ECM.
Throttle Opening sensor signal from the ECM.
Revolution Sensor from the transmission.

It almost sounds as if u have a speed sensor problem. You should get a computer hooked up and see if there r ne codes or pending codes.

I'm betting on the revolution sensor from the transmission. I wonder if we'll ever know?
