Need options: If these cars were the same price...What would yo do?
Well, another 10 days to go before I get my car back from the repair shop. The accident is making me more inclined to sell it. I've been looking around and found a place that has two cars that I'm thinking about. One is a 1999 Acura 3.2TL (not the Type S...didn't make them this year with all options except the GPS) and 10k miles. The other is a 2000 Maxima GLE loaded with 21k miles. The price for the two are within $300 of each other. The other option is to keep the car I have now (1998 Maxima GXE loaded currently 95k miles) after I get it back from the shop, and just drive it until it dies. I'm not sure what to do. Consider I drive about 1000 miles WEEKLY and pretty much live in the car during the work day...I'm about $5000 upside down on the value of the current car vs. the loan amount, and any car I get into will take a severe depreciation beating due to my mileage anyway (which has made me decide to shy away from the much nicer cars such as the GS400 and 540i I was considering before)...any thoughts? (I can't afford to keep the one and get an additional car.)

yeah, I agree with the other guys, if it's just a minor thing then definatly keep the old one and enjoy the ride, I thought your car had a nice front end or something, in that case it's better to get another car
