Compression Tester help.

I got a comp. tester but the directions are confusing... could someone clearly explain to me how to use a comp tester.

Unplug the coil packs, remove spark plug use adapter in spark plug hole, have someone crank car and record reading.

do i remove all the spark plugs or just the one that im testing?

You can remove all. Also remove fuel pump fuse, and let the car die before cranking the motor to do the test.
