this is my 1/4mi track car so i will be putting that "un-needed" stress on it all the time so i don't really care that much.

Doesn't matter if it's actually raining or not. The road is still wet. Yay.

I'd hardly call doing a burnout "impressive," but I'd definitely call it fun and if you do it you automatically become cool.

Come to think of it i wasn't trying to impress anyone... i was just trying to pass on my celebrations, and i completely agree with you

And who cares if it is wet out? i still roasted my tires, and its not like i cant do that on dry pavement...

Ill admit i was trying to look cool and cover my a$$ and probably made a fool of myself but that is aside the point. please stop hating on the burnouts...

I'm quite impressed by the FWD burnout. I don't do them either because tires are expensive, and my car doesn't need any more stress on it than it already has, but I can appreciate a good one from someone else

Ill be honest with you man.

Burnouts are stupid..put un-needed stress on the car, bad for the tires..but god damn they are fun once in awhile. Ill admit i do them in my car..any thread that pertains to burnouts is automatically destroyed by negative comments and so forth.

Oh well..nice burnout man!! Alwyas nice to celebrate by leaving your mark

Funny pics. I have done that in my car, just because I could.

You guys need to read a little past the pics. He bought the car cheap to use as a 1/4 mile ****, so added stress is no big deal. He had tires to cook off because he just got some drag radials for it. Lighten up...

My 93 can barely do one, but you have to tear the f*** out of the trans. You gotta slam it from reverse to 1st and set the e-brake. I did that once just to see what my car could do. The car was fine but I don't really do that anymore because eventually, my trans will break from it and I don't like putting that kind of stress on my car. On the other hand, it's easy as hell on my 5.5 gen since I can just leave it in 1st while stopped, set the e-brake, floor it and it smoke will instantly start pouring off of the tires. Once again, I did it once just to see what it could do and that's it for me. I made sure to take videos of both of them so I can remember how they did.
