a good friend of mine got busted for drugs and his car got impounded and he faces jail time. Can we get it back or no? Whats the laws for NJ? If not can we get some of the mods back? it had rims, system, exhaust, clutch, etc. Thanks in advance

 

I think it depends on the charges and whether he is guilty or not. Because i once i went to a repo auction and there was a max up with everything like his, system, rims, exhaust, etc.
