How did you get the red needles? Paint them, or are they new needles?

Look great 97MaxGurl!
What do you have to do to get this effect? Do you just change the bulbs? Where can I get them? Thanks in advance!

The install went well, no major problems. Minor bugs corrected shortly after, thanks to Clee The pics I posted were taken last week. I've had them since Feb.'01. NO signs of fading. You may inquire about it's logevity with Initial K. Unfortunately none of us with the indiglo gauges has that answer.

Indiglo gauges= No bulb change necessary. Had nothing to do with bulbs. Order them thru Initial K, shop information and install write-up can be found at Cheston's site www.maximadriver.com I assume you're in CA, the shop is in SoCal.

Good luck.

This might be a very "ignornat" question...but how do recalibrate ot make sure that the spedometer is set at the correct position when you re-install it?

Not an 'ignorant' question. The one thing I always tell others who's looking to install the indiglo gauges is to be very careful when fitting the gaugeface thru the needles, and try your best not to move the needles. The needles are highly sensitive instruments, they will function normally as long as it's not tempered with 'excessively'.

If physical size ever matters, it should be the other way around
