As far as I know, only the late 300zx had Hicas.

May be the 240sx as well. Not quite sure on that one.

The older Q45s had HICAS also. So did the older 300ZX. I think those were the only two cars to have it in North America. I know the Skyline has it in Japan.

Notice how the cool stuff are in the older cars? Like the Maximas that talk and digital dashboards (my personal favorite..pretend the car is KITT from Knight Rider)?

I wonder why that is?

You can get it with the super-hicas in Japan.

I buddy of mine has a 93 or 94 240SX with Hicas. Pretty much an SE model with the addition of the 4 wheel steering and a wheel upgrade from the factory. Very enjoyable to drive.

I've seen maybe five of them ever. They are identifiable by a "Super Hicas" label in white script the that runs along the little black strip just behind the front wheels on the fenders / front doors.
