What about the I30? Will it be redesigned for 2002 also?

Much talk about the new Maxima but none about the I30/I35. Ne1 have any info as to it's pricing, features, or availability?

The I30 is now the I35 and has a 3.5 L Engine{same as max} producing 260 HP and 246 TQ. It has a new grill and headlights which actually came from the 00-01 Nissan Cefiro from Japan. For more in depth info check out www.nissannews.com

Then I guess you didn't go to www.nissannews.com
Drive configuration
Front engine/front-wheel drive

Transmission type
4-speed electronically controlled automatic

That's directly from the site. I really love the I35s look. It's what I think the new Max should look like, instead of the ugly monster that it is.

Be careful not to utter this in the 5th gen forum as flames will ensue.....

But, hey, it will "grow" on you....trust Nissan...

I can barely stand the current 5th gen. I was real upset seeing it's *ugly* tail and weird front. And now here's the biggest redesign the 5th gens have seen and they go out of their way to make it UGLIER with the big stupid grill and nissan symbol. To me it just looks like a swollen 5th gen. I'm really terribly sad about it. I love my 4th gen and that's that.
