Dead 5 spd, and need new clutch (advice pls )

Hey all,
I've just discovered wot the bearing noise is in my car, it seems the bushes on the output/throwout shaft in the gear box are stuffed giving me the super charger whine between gear changes, anyway has anyone else ever had to change this and how much did it cost ? Also while the box is out I wan't to install a new clutch, I remeber Cheston saying a cheap alternative to a heavy duty clutch is to use the clutch plate from the 300zx apparently it suits ours, if so has anyone done this ? and is it from the turbo or N/A model ? And finally has anyone here had there flywheel lightened, I'm thinking of getting a couple of pounds scooped out but i have heard that this may crack the flywheel when under serious load.

hmm..
If you are grinding gears.. which is normal for a maxima.. get some Redline MT-90 .. it will help you out..
Clutch? get the ACT Street Clutch.. thats the best one on the market..
Please don't get the Race Clutch .. it will kill your tranny instantly
