If you followed the instructions for how to not be banned on this site, then this wouldn't be necessary.

Using the handy search forum feature, you would probably figure out that Don does not like to communicate via everyone calling him every 5 minutes to see how their order is doing. Rather, he prefers e-mail communication. Search does require effort, though, so I'm not surprised at your ignorance regarding his business practices.

If you don't like it, let him know by e-mail or don't do business with him. America is a great and free country. No one is holding a gun to your head telling you to buy his VB upgrade.
