I am having some doubts as to whether my tranny will hold up to the extra 50 hp from my Dry Kit NOS System I bought.

It is going to be installed next Wed. along with an MSD Window Switch to cut the N2O off before the revlimiter, and a good tune up which will include new (colder range) spark plugs and fuel filter, possibly a 300ZX TT fuel pump.

What should I be cautious about? I am going to install a Hayden Tranny Cooler on Sunday, and if I can get a TransGo Shift kit, I will do that. Don's VB is too expensive for the difference I have heard. I am not knockin on Don Cooper, he is the MAN!, just the price.

What can I do?

Are you gonna.....

install the Transgo kit yourself?? I've heard its not for the "faint of heart"...thats where the advantage of Don's kit comes in, since its already assembled and you just bolt it on.
