I have them installed with Tokico Blue struts. They've been on now for about 4 years, and they're still going strong. I like the ride, which is firm, but not too stiff. The car is a tight handler. The car sits about 1.4" lower than stock, which you can easily see when it's parked next to a stock Maxima. The STs complement my other mods to make my Maxima corner like a slot car. There is virtually no dive when I'm on the brakes. Stock Maximas cannot keep up with me in the corners. I'm on the gas when they're on the brakes. I would recommend them to you. Have fun.

As far as I know, I have not ridden in another Maxima with aftermarket springs/struts. However, I have read a TON of complaints on this site about the Eibachs being too stiff. Based on my personal experience with STs and these negative reports on Eibachs: If I were you, I'd feel comfortable about getting STs. You can use your $150 savings to pay for the installation and alignment... Good luck.
