Jason,
Don't get the Nitto 450. They are way better tires in the same price range. Any of the all season Z rated Dunlop or all season Z rated Bridgestone is better than Nitto 450.

I am looking at the 225/50/17 tire size. Given the limitations of having a 17X7 rim, I welcome all advice in the matter. I really like the XGT-Z4 Michelin Pilots, given the $760 installed price, this is really a big deterent.

Thanks in Advance!!!!!

I have heard nothing but bad things about the Nitto 450s. I have the Nitto 555 Extremes and they mounted up great on my stock 17" SE rims. They have great grip and look awesome although they do produce a little more road noise. Got a set of 4 installed for $650 including tax. Good luck.

Another thing about Nittos is that they are well known for sidewall cracking. I've had mine for over 2 years now and they are exhibiting this cracking but for the $ I paid for them they lasted quite awhile.
