the max's from the factory don't have sunroofs. they are put in by some company in N.J. they are somehow cut to have the sunroof go inside the roof. all the cars w/ factory roofs don't come cut from the factory? true of not? told to me from Middletown Nissan in N.Y.

 

Hmm... for your benifit, don't go to that dealership anymore. Also call 1-800-nissan1 and report this dealer. They are well, stupid. I mean ok, it's possible that they do it to a few cars, but no, not everyone of them. maybe just theirs....

A dealer said this? You can do that if you want an aftermarket sunroof, but the ones from the factory are put in at the factory. A different type of roof and support structure are needed to make the roof rigid if you have a sunroof.

 

as clear as I can remember, my sunroof glass says "nissan" on it.

 

that's BS. Nissan owners manual has sun roof in it. Find a new dealer NOW.

 

thas hilarious. if u watch thems car comercials where they show the assembly line, u can notice that some cars have a big rectangular hole in them.
