looks

it really depends on how the coats are looking. I use Zaino, and it looks great.

Usually each spring, when the first hint of nice sunny weather arrives, I do a serious "Zaino job" with several coats of Zaino. Then just occasionally throughout summer and fall I just wash it a lot with Zaino wash, and put an occasional coat of Zaino z-2 on to keep it lookin sweet

I wax my car every day.. Then again I work in the detail department at a dealer and always have a slow period during the day when I dont have anything to do. Its very convenient.

Once a year. I can't stand how easily the water sheets off when I'm washing it the week after it's been waxed. Every time I want to wash a part of the car I have to keep the wash mitt in one hand and the hose in the other.

When water does that its good, not bad. Your car likes it!!.. just think that acid rain that would have settled on your car and burned a hole right through your clearcoat and would have ruined your paint now just fell in sheets to the ground.

Oh, I know that's good for the paint, but it's bad for my car-washing patience. I hate having to keep dousing the car over and over and over and over and over and over and over, just to avoid scratching it by cleaning dry paint.

I waxed my first car (1968) every couple of months. I sold it to help pay for a race car in 1970. I waxed the race car a couple of times, sold it the next year. I have never waxed any car (or had it done) in the subsequent thirty years.

I did WASH one of my cars as recently as 1981, I think. It was so long ago, I can't really remember. Whenever my car gets really dirty, I pray for rain!
