Well, I am already in consultation with Jeff92SE, but I was wondering if any of you knew. I have a third Gen and am interested in some wheels. I noticed that some wheels over in japan(won't say the company, don't want anyone to copy me) say that they will fit the Cephiro A32 and the Cephiro wagon.

Now, my question to all you guys is, Will wheels meant to fit that car, fit ours? I know that the fitment of the 3rd, 4th and 5th gens are the same, and since the Cefiro is essentially a JDM Maxima, will the wheels that fit a Cefiro, fit the Maxima?

Thanks guys for your help.

Just one slight note. The bore size and bolt pattern are probably ok, but if the fitment is at all close, there might be a small problem.

The 4-gens can tolerate slightly more offset than 3-gens can. This is why 300Z wheels @ 45mm offset with no rubbing on the rear struts but the 3-gens generally cannot. So if these wheels have alot off offset then be carefull. It looks like 45mm w/ 225 width wheels might be the maximum.

So just something to think about. I think this information + the info w/ my wheels will probably give you a good idea what fits on a 3-gen maxima.

jeff

so, would we be able to shave some of the back to fit them? We can chat over email I suppose, but I would love to get those to fit! and they do fit the A32 Cefiro.

Re: jeff

I deleted that link. Email it to me again.

And to correct the above post. The 4-gen can tolerate more offset than the 3-gens. So if you shave, it brings the wheel closer to the strut. Unless you are only talking about a few mm, I really don't suggest machining the rims too much.
