Has anyone thought of this? Add on LSD to your trannies?

This would be a great buy. Some of the se-r (98+ do not have LSD stock on the se-r) guys have used it with success...
I emailed them and they said this:
Thanks for your interest in phantomgrip. Our part #903 should work in all nissan maxima's. we have only sold a few units for maxima's so the fitment has not been made to all years.

Hey, if it costs less than the OEM LSD and the Quaife...
I'd definitely think about it. I have a friend with an '86 'Stang GT, and he was talking about how he was getting an LSD for less than $300. I thought about the $1300(?) Quaife, and wanted to smack him. Maybe now I'll actually be able to afford one.

Some of the Honda guys use this and they're saying that it reduces the life of your differential significantly. I believe this is what Loren has been saying also. Basically it just fits in your stock diff and applies pressure to the gears causing gears to lock up some and there you go, instand LSD. Unfortunately, the increased stress on the gears really isn't good.
