Nothing, it's just a lot of people question the judges decisions I guess. Ming won, which is cool since his car is perfect. But the number 2 car wasn't very nice at all. And a lot of the other people there had problems with the judging too, nothing was uniform. Cars with lots of work badly done were doing better than the cars with nicely done work. It was like more points were being given to chrome rims and airbags than to nice paintjobs and interiors.

Happens at every show, so it's no big deal.

yeah but you did not win, tony did not win, i think his name was paul with the two tone max did not win, i mean those cars were some of the best ones there. I think that blue max with the chrome 19's got second behind Ming?? Judging was little screwy, thats all.

Yeah...I'm very surprised that Paul's Maxima didn't win. His car look just like Josh's blue maxima that placed second. Both have 20"s, TVs and paint job. Who won third place mild?

OMG...

that is a REALLY nice car, I know it's been said a million times, but I had to say it again.

That paint job is also really flawless-looking...you friend did a great job.

Hey Shadow,

are you gonna get fog lamps any time soon?

Shadow = Jeff K, right?

If yes, then those 15+ hours a day really paid off. It was totally beyond what I expected, especially the great integration of the exterior. BTW, thanks for the carbon fiber vinyl hehe, they look nice on my door pillars.

Technically, I am Jeff K. also, just not here. My last name is Kuo, so that may be why he's referring to me as that. He's one of my customers.

It's IS300 Intensa blue. Don't ever call it Electron Blue Pearl (Civic SI) blue in front of my friend who painted the car. That ****es him off He wants everyone to know the color is off of a Lexus, not a Civic.

Re: Another Blue MAX......!!!

The backseat was custom done at a local upholstery shop. It's not a kit.

cmcknite,

I really like the lighting on your car. What kinds of headlights/clearance/fogs are those?

And also, about your custom leather seats, THAT'S what I call custom. That Maxima emblem looks really sweet and professional (OEM).

Car looks just stunning... great job on it. I agree with the guy who posted before, some foglights would round out the front end really well.

I actually think it looks cleaner this way. I may get some fogs. I used to have fogs, but then I took them out and thought it looked smoother without them.
