Winter Tires: Pirelli Winter Asimmetrico
I'm looking into buying two of these to replace my front tires which are not dead but not good enough for the snow. I can get 2 shipped for about $216 on tire rack.

Are these any good, what other tires should I look at, is it ok to run two winter tires up front and 2 H rated all seasons at the back?

A couple years ago I bought 4 Blizzaks from TireRack....they are awesome in the snow. Made it through last year in Vermont - some days axle deep ! Replaced my 16" SE rims with 15" steels. Easy off - easy on !
