instructions on taking headlights apart..

remove the headlight from the car

heat gun the damn thing up.. take your time and go slow, don't over heat. i recommend a flat head screw driver to pry apart the headlight, SLOWLY, dont crack the plastic stuff, DON'T rush.

clean it out with windex and paper towel, tedious work here

heat up silicon in headlight and plastic casing and reconnect

repeat for the other one and make your friend not wear a dress ever ever ever again

Thinking of doing the same to my car but cops where I live make to much of a big deal about things like that. Attracts to much attention.

True....but you don't know Hawaii cops. Anything on your car that attracts the attention of the police is just another reason for them to pull you over. At least in Hawaii anyway!

Just A Thought......

Obviously - from the looks of your friend- the workplace was not adequately ventilated. Get him some oxygen before that last brain cell is gone!!!!

Brakes look great, though.

Looks good.
So all you did was use a brush and paint it on? Might take longer than spraying, but it's neater and less of a chance to mess up. Did you put a clear coat on them?

i bought spray paint but I decided i didnt want to spray it on (mainly cuz i was too lazy to tape up everything. so my friend and i sprayed the stuff into a bowl and used paint brushes to do the work. no mess, great turn out. my friend clear coated his, i didnt because, well i was lazy...

yeah let this thread serve as an example of the affects of painting your calipers in a non-ventilated area...
