I don't see any reason why that wouldn't work. But, I used the Folia Tec stuff. It's expensive, but I painted mine almost 4 years ago and it still looks really good. It's epoxy-based and really thick. It brushes on. I rebuilt the calipers when I painted them, so I wanted to take them off of the car anyway. I used 1 1/2 cans of brake cleaner and I used a wire wheel in my electric drill to get them as clean as possible. It's paid off the way the stuff has held up all this time. Cheers!

Foliatec, wire brush in drill, then paint on the Foliatec

I didnt know the folia tec stuff was brush on, if so I saw a gd on it and will buy it soon. The thing is, I would rather spend abotu $10 and do all my calipers rather then $60, but then again it will hold up a lot longer and is brush on. Thanks for the help.
