Had The Car For About A Year Now... What Next
I have had my car for almost a year now (Christmas Day), and it has 14k miles on it. I am about to change the tranny oil, but I'm wondering what else I should/could do. Oil changes have been frequent, every 2200 miles or so, other than that I haven't had any problems. So, I'm left wondering what I can do to keep my car running as well as it can, especially since I beat on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Power steer flush is one I can think of but its kind of premature or maybe not. Anyways let me know what you think.

Wow, you maintain your car to the extreme. Here's what should be done to keep your car in good shape. Remember, there is such a thing as overmaintaining a car!
Every 5k: Change oil and filter (may extend it if you are using synthetic)
Every 15k: Change air filter, fuel filter, coolant, transmission fluid
Every 60k: Change spark plugs
That's it! Remember that modern fluids are much better than fluids from 20 years ago. Whereas the 3000 mile oil change interval was fine for old cars, today's engines run much cleaner and with tighter tolerances. This has been a huge discussion topic on the BBS, and we've come to concensus that 5000 mile intervals for conventional oil, and 7500 mile intervals for synthetic oils are fine, as evidenced by oil sample test results from Blackstone.
As for the power steering, it is a sealed system, so it should be fine after 22k miles. Maybe you can have it flushed at 30k, but I remember asking my mechanic if my PS fluid should be changed at 45k, and he said no.
