as i was waxing my car yesterday i noticed that even after i buffed everything there's still a little residue on the car... this happened even when i first got my car, but i thought it was just hard water residue. upon closer inspection yesterday i noticed that the little "bumpies" were of the rust color.... how can i really verify if it's rust? one step further, would this be considered under the Rust and Corrosion warranty?
