Quick suspension question??

I just wanted to know something. When you lower your car and have the strut assemblys off the car, should you replace the rubber gasket at the top and bottom of the springs? and the boot for the strut itself? Cause I had my car jacked up yesturday and i was looking around and notcied that the gasket things on my springs were filled with dirt and looked worn out. Even the boot on my struts was wripped

Would i get any unwanted noises cause of this??

Im thinking when i get the KYB AGX's I will replace the rubber things on the springs(top/bottom) and all strut-boots.

thanks,
Anthony

it's not 100% necessary to replace the rubber pieces. but think when is the next time you'll do suspension work. if you have 5yrs or more on it then replace the rubber pieces. this includes the boots and bumpstops.
rubber things - rubber spring isolators?
