SMC Racing Newsletter #1

Meet:
I would like to have a Drag meet at Island Dragway on December 2. This will be an SMC Racing meet, of course all maxima people are welcome. Anyone who is intereseted check out the NE forum for details.

New members:

Current members:
If you are current member please visit the SMC Racing homepage (link is in my sig) and check to make sure your name is on the page. I'm working on make a real page with each persons info on it soon. If your name/number is not there please let me know.

Stickers:
I found a place that will make stickers for us. The price of a windshield banner would be around $20, a small sticker like the max.org ones would be about $6, and a slightly bigger one would be $12. Let me know home many people are interested. Personally I don't like the idea of having the world Racing anywhere on my car so maybe just a sticker with "SMC ###" that wouldn't be too bad.

Funny Story:
I got beat by a Honda Civic Hatchback yesterday.
We are at a light and he tachs it up. It's this guy in the car looking at me and then at his 12" tachometer...He dumps it, chirps tires and we are off...by 80 he's got a car on me...
oh yeah and I had 1000 pounds worth of people and 250 pounds worth of paintball equipment in my car
