Rediculous?

The blue washer lights I have on my car got me pulled over.. Ok no big deal, but the reason given was: Impersignating a Police Officer (they were asking me for my badge, and permit to have blue lights). My entire car was searched, sound tests given. I got nailed on the lights, my tint, and the fact that my radar detector was suction cupped to my windsheild.. and 2 cops sat there talking about how they should ticket me on my intake, wtf. I thought those were legal? Am I gonna get any of that dropped when I go to court?

any blue lights on a non-goverment sanctioned automobile is illegal..

judge is going to throw the book at your a$$

the best thing to do is admit you were wrong.. do not... do not say you did not know.. ignorance of the law is no excuse to break it.. be nice to the judge, be respectful and you might get a reduced ticket.. and yelled at..

some cities in the US have dB limits .. White Plains i think is 80 db .. not sure.. you will have to do a little research to see what is legal and what is not..

tint in most areas should be 35% ...

if the radar dector is illegal in your state then you are fawked too.. i know VA is still illegal.. not sure about the other states..

pull up http://www.altavista.com or www.goggle.com .. start doing some research.. printing some papers.. start preparing yourself.. because right now.. its not in your favor..

or just get a lawyer

having a radar detector stuck to the windshield is illgal even if the detector itself is legal? i guess it makes sense but i never thought about that. it could obstruct vision i assume.

Yup I'm from jersey.. I'm fcuked... Radar detectors are legal here, but anything below I think 3-4" from the top of the windsheild is considered an obstruction of vision. So basically the judge is going to bend me over.

no you are not going to be bent over..

put it in the right position.. take pictures of it there.. bring that to court with you.. the judge will love you for that

Why do people putting those christmas lights on a nice car anyways? I'm glad they are illegal! Look so fromage! (french for cheese)
I guess it is just a little trend in passing....like Cabbage Patch Kids or Elmo?
