temperature gage

temperature gage

i just started to have a water pump leak and i dont know its just me or i think my temperature arrow points higher then before when the engine is worm . is the normal temperature ? just trying to make sure

Looks normal to me. Once my car reaches operating temperature, it rarely moves. It has only gone colder when driving down a mountain in near freezing temps.

Looks normal to me, also. It is exactly in the middle of the scale, which is where mine stays all the time once the car has warmed up.

its a little higher than mine, but im a 5th gen, not 4th...


as long as it does not over heat it will be fine.

That looks exactly right to me. If you look really close, there is a little dot to the left of the needle base. The needle usually moves so that the dot is hidden by the needle at normal temp.

In your picture, I can't see your dot.
