Exhaust question

My stock exhaust is going and I want to replace it w/ a Greddy Evo 2. I have a concern though, will My cars ECU automatically adjust the air/fuel combo (cat back system) or will tuning be required. I don't want my car running rich or lean.

Thx

Typically, you should reset the ECU any time you mod the engine.

you dont need tuning for a cat back. for headers, yes.

You dont need tuning but tuning does help with any mod. you would gain more by tuning after a catback.

Any gains/changes in AFR would be horrifically negligible/nil in this particular case.

The quieter the better in your case. Look around for whomever makes the quietest aftermarket exhaust. It would go better with the image of your car.

If you ever do any extended road trips, you will be glad you got a quiet exhaust, I promise.
