ok...so this has been happening ALOT lately...and at perfect bottle pressure too. I FINALLY got my guages in today and this is what I discovered....when I spray...it's NOT a smooth pull like it used to be...it gets jerky (50-shot...stock fuel system, FPSS not hooked up) and now with my Fuel pressure gauge installed I can see whats happening. When I go full throttle off the bottle...my car pulls smoothly and normally..at 48-50 psi (FP). When I spray it hits HARD and pulls normally for about 2 seconds..and the FP comes up to around 62-63 psi...but then the acceleration gets all jerky and the FP guage needle jumps around.....my A/F guage just reads the same 3 green and 1-2 yellow the whole time. then when I let off the accel...the FP jumps to around 70psi...and then goes back to Idle pressure...do I need a new fuel pump??? Has anyone else experienced this???? Could it be my fuel pressure regulator??

Same problem I had, a weak fuel pump. Yes you need to upgrade to the Walbro GSS342.
