I see a lot of Y-Pipe and CAI for modification on the 2000 Maxima. Where would you guys get this online? As for the Y-Pipe, isn't those things illegal? I want to know what other mods I can do to the Max. It's an auto, but damn the torque is great.

 

Place Racing offers a CAI and Stillen and Cattman offer y-pipes. As far as being illegal, I am pretty sure that the y-pipes will pass emmissions inspection.

 

Mine passed emissions....no problems

You can get a y-pipe for $360 in a group deal from Greg. His web site is www.custommaxima.com Cattman sells CAI's for $200. His site is www.cattman.com Both Greg and Brian both have Maxima's and are excellent to do business with.

BTW-You WILL pass inspection.

You will get about ~15-20 hp to the wheels with the Y-pipe and CAI.
