Specs on a 95 J30 V6 motor?

does anyone know if any parts from a J30 3.0 motor will fit in a 4th gen maxima block the J30 looks to be the same as a 300ZX block It even has the same intake manifold. Im curious I remember someone wrote in a thread they were going to use a 300ZX crank and rods to make a 3.2 stroker. Also whats the bore and stroke on the maxima and the J30.

J30 is iron. the VQ30 is Nissan's new aluminum block. Nissan likes to use similar parts when possible but off hand I say no since it's a completely different engine family. If parts were interchangable, it would be from the VG and VE engine block family. ie.. maxima/300z Z31-Z32. You would have better luck w/ the new 3.5 versions of the VQ. Just a guess.

Nope and Nope. At this rate I never will. I'm already creating a list of stuff to do to this for next year. Who am I kidding?
