Dino oil->

Neither oil should cause any build up if changed regularly but in extreme conditions when you ask the oil to perform at/near/past their design limits, dino oil will breakdown sooner than synthetics will. synthetics also have less additives to keep the oil stable so in theory it has less junk to turn into build-up.

Use

Penzoil clean-engine formula, cheapo.

Synthetics run smoother so I would say less gunk.

I've run Mobil 1 since about my third oil change and even though I only have 31K miles on my Max, the inside of my oil filler area is spotless, real nice to see.

I do change my oil every 3K so I'm in overkill mode and I figure Dino oil is a better way to go if you rack up the highway miles(cheaper).
