Probably not much of a gain. You have to travel at high speends >70 or >90mph before you see air being "forced" in to the intake at any reasonable velocity.
Combined with the water ingestion risk (higher than a conventional CAI, I would think) and the fact that it's just plain ugly... naaaah.

looks just like one. I saw this new civic one day and saw what i thought was a intercooler, tellin' my girl that has a turbo on it. it probably was just one of those wanna be's,
