Any opinion on these rims....

I am deciding whether I want Giovanna Corsica (17x7) or Elite Barb (17x7.5). Any thoughts - quality of brand, look, etc.? I would like to go 18", but I heard it gives a real rough ride and besides, that adds a lot of $$$.

http://www.salesco.com/wheels/elite/...l_17_18_20.htm

If you guys have any other suggestions, please pass on...

Also, do you know of any good places online to buy Elite or Giovanna's (or any other brand)? These things are hard to find.

THANKS!

Yeah, I was going with chrome. What are silver rims like? Colored like chrome - only not as shiny (blinding)? What don't you like about them?

I don't like chrome either...its just a personal preference, plus they are too heavy. go to www.wheelmax.com, they sell Giovanna.

i'd go with silver. its got the color of chrome (sort of) but not so flashy and shiney...and blinding like you said. but dont let me tell you what to do. lots of people like chrome rims so if thats what you wanted then i say go for it.

i would personally go with elite just because giovanni is not the best quality wheel i have had three differnt sets of them and they all ride like S**t. the quality on the chrome from giovanni is very poor also. I personally rather have chrome rather than silver.

Chrome may be heavy but you can 't beat the way it looks.
