Is the ACT MM supposed to feel like this?

I bled my clutch today and got all the dirty fluid out of it. However, the feel only improved marginally. It feels like theres very little resistance for the first inch or so of travel of the pedal, and then it progressively gets harder. It feels nothing like the stock clutch at all. For those of you with the ACT MM clutch, what does yours feel like? I hope yours feels the same way mine does.

I charged myself zero dollars for labor... I installed the clutch, the polyurethane motor mounts (believe it or not, the hardest part of the install) and the Quaife differential (involves opening and dissassembling transmission) all by myself. Do a search for my name and you'll see my posts and pics regarding the project.
