What's up? I have a 1997 Maxima that has a broken antenna. Just the antenna shaft is broker - and the power motor appears to be working (i.e. when you turn the car/radio on and off I hear it make noise).

Would I just need something like this to fix it?

do you need to fix it? is the reception bad?

 

Either one will work.

Save yourself the shipping and get a replacement at Autozone or Nappa
Might even be cheaper too.
