Thurznite. Add 2 more to my order please. Let me know if I have to go in and paypal again or if you can just take $40 out. PM if you would please. Don't want my financial stuff out there. If you need the money for teh 2 additional ones, let me know, as you can tell (I hope by ordering 2), I am good for it.

They're stitched, so you'll see it on the other side too, but not as pretty.

To have print on both sides, we'd hafta go silk screened. Again, the quality just isn't as nice.

Just so I know, what's your reason for wanting both sides?

I just got some samples. The 'back' side is reversed, so it'll be silver with black lettering saying 'maxima.org' backwards. I'll be posting pics soon.

Just curious, would you guys be interested in dog tags? Either generic 'MAXIMA.ORG The home for Maxima enthusiasts' just like the banner up there? Or customized ones? If so, how much would you pay for them?

What kinda watches?

These are things off the top of my head, and guessing at these numbers. With some shopping around and deal-making, I might be able to go lower. The problem is that our orders will be in such small quantity, it'll be hard to find someone willing to make these for us, or the prices will be higher.

Photon-like mini LED keychain light $11 (or AAA mag light type?)
Baseball caps, golf visors, $18
Golf towels, $19
1 dozen golf ***** (cool!) $26
Fancy pens, $9-18
Stainless steal vacuum insulated tumbers, $16
Umbrella (LOL), $21
T-shirts, $12
Polo shirt, $29
Watch, chrono, stainless steel, $99 (watch prices vary based on design. gimme ideas of what you guys want)
Maxima ornament, stainless steel, cut in the shape of a Maxima and engraved. LOL $8
Fleece blanket $8
MAXIMA die cut keytag. Basically piece of metal laser cut in the shape of Maxima.org logo $10
Apron (w/pockets for you bbq people), $24
Football, $39
Folding camping/lawn/beach chair, $65
1:20 scale Maxima diecast, $39+ ???
Leather card holder, embossed, $11

How about Cookies in a Maxima.Org tin? Like a half-dozen cookies in a tin for $18?

Anyways, I'm just brainstorming and guessing at prices based on catalogs I've looked through. Lemme know what you guys are thinking.

Finally got some pics done. I apologize for the quality and lighting. The flash was overpowering so I had to do with ambient lighting. This first picture pretty much tells the whole story. It's the lobster claw and darn heavy duty! Your keys are secure unless you're really trying to force them out. This one is my favorite.

Here's the whole thing (tomorrow I'm gonna ask 1 of my staff girls to wear it and I'll snap another pic). The lanyard is black and the stitching is silver (I manually set my camera's white balance on a blank sheet of paper before taking these pics). The stitching looks great from arms distance. These are actually woven as part of the fabric, not on top of. What I mean is, the lettering is not raised. Close your eyes and run your fingers over the fabric and you can't tell it has 'maxima.org' on it.

On the reverse side is just reverse colors and wording. Nothing special, but I think it looks good if you leave it hanging outta your pant pocket. In fact the black-on-white has a very similar effect as Maxima SE reverse dial guages. Very 'Maxima-esque'!

Here are 2 others. The top shows the 'bulldog' key grip. Again, major heavy duty, especially the swivel joint. I just don't like the bulky-ness.
The bottom red one (why's it look orange in the pic?!) shows the amount of detail they can put into logos. We could have a Nissan hamburger if we wanted. Also, the attachment is the standard clip, which's good for no-frills basic design.

IMO the "lobster claw" is the best thing for lanyards. IDK about the burger, not many maximas have burgers on them, ya know

Can you get any pics of the hats or know if they are "low profile" hats? I would be down for one if so, and also the lanyards, and die-cut key chain.

The 2nd post in the thread has the current count. If you want, contact the members in the 'interested' column and give them a gentle reminder. And also send PM to your friends and local members.

PM'd the interested members as a reminder. I do not want to be known as the 'pest' but I don't want to lose the opportunity to get something as small as the lanyard. Good luck getting the rest to make the 20.

I am one of the guys heading up the Maxus 09 planning. If you'd like to coordinate something with me to produce these specifically for Maxus 09, that would be great.

Our raffle is going to easily be the biggest in history. I want everybody who enters to win something! I even want the people that don't enter the raffle to still go home with something like stickers, keychains, coozies, lanyards, etc.

If you need a company to cover the cost of these lanyards, we can arrange that. NWP Engineering could possibly cover the costs. Shoot me an email sometime to discuss making these for Maxus 09. [aaron@nwpengineering.com]

Thanks.

I emailed Aaron. give this 1 more day. If nothing from him, I'll refund all the monies. It's too much outta my pocket to put out. An alternative is if you guys are ok that we switch from Stitched to heat-dye or silk screen.

I spoke with Aaron, we're arranging for a sponsor to help out. Will keep you guys updated.

I will look into the heat-dyed. I'm in a crunch in the clinic this week.

If a few more people jump on those lanyards (we only need 2 more), then I'm good to go! Just 2!!!
