Question about wood

I just installed my JT Burlwood Dash (Walnut) and it looks great. But the Wood levoc shifter I ordered does not match. The dash kit has more red in it.

Is there a red tinted clear sealer I could use on the wood portion of the shifter to give a red tint? I can't seem to find a red sealer. Anyone have any ideas.

Maybe I'll just get the black levoc shifter.

I don't know if stain will work since it is fake wood.

I would ask the guys there anyway if they know of something. Being around people in the painting trade all day they may have picked up some pointers.

If you find something that works, let me know. I have the same problem. I have factory wood and the wood levoc shifter. And a black shifter won't quite match my tan interior.
