All the luxury car companies are putting those rear sunshades in there cars that go up with the touch of a button. Lexus (and a few others) have manual ones incorporated into the side windows as well.

Does anyone know of an aftermarket sunshade like the one in the I35 that can be put in a 2002?

 

I always thought they were dumb and that people should just tint their cars...

 

They are useful on trips in the summer, but of coarse not needed in the winter. Never heard of puttting one in the Max,but I am sure someone can figure it out

 

after a while they tend to rattle, and if you have a subwoofer, dont' even think about one.. my friend's 5series had one.. i like it alot, but after a year her car started rattling from the back, and i suspect it was her rear sunshade.

 

yes it will work, dan ziegler(bluefish) already is looking into this and it will work but thre rear deck is like 900 bucks.

 

can you see anything when the sunshade is on? say you're driving on the hwy and theres a car 10ft behind you, can you see it?

 

i would assume so or they wouldn't include them with cars. also they are 5th gen only.
