Anyone's throttle body do this?
What is wrong with it? I've noticed that when going over bumps or imperfections in the road it feels like my throttle is "cutting" out. I've narrowed this down to being my throttle body since it's beginning to make a similar noise as my last throttle body. In the video is my last throttle body which was beginning to actually cause the car to stall out over bumps. On the current throttle body it isn't as loud but it's still getting there. I'm REALLY surprised that this happened so soon after I replaced my last one which was in May of '08. I do NOT want to have to replace a throttle body every year. Is this a problem that happens regularly to refurbished throttle bodies? Should I just bite the bullet and buy a brand new OEM one? Or is there a way that I can fix this problem?
Thank you!

If you can try opening up the black piece away from the throttle body and
try to check the circuliar part that's on top of the actual throttle body, I
think you have something that is either loose or broken.

Okay. I dremel'd the damn thing open. It's still useable though, so that's a plus. But I've found what's moving around isn't in the circular item up top but rather the center sprocket. I HIGHLY doubt this was the cause of the problem. I've checked and it doesn't seem to be cutting the signal off to anything and it doesn't move far enough to actually cause a difference.
Another thing I noticed is that the smaller sprocket that goes into the circular object (which I'm assuming is a motor of sorts) has some slack. So could that possibly have caused this problem?

are bolted on the bottom of the plate, One on the bottom and on one on the middle part of the plate and the
top Try opening that up, but check the other sprockets for any kind of movements like from the sides or
pulling it up or down.
