Figured out No spark conditon!
wuhooo....we figured it out tonite, thanks mucho grande to MardisGrasMax. The road ahead is not easy nor fun but gotta do it..thanks everyone for your help

well.....the cams arent aligned properly so yea...need to pull the timing chain out and realign. MItchell manual calls 13 some hours to do it. We almost have the cover off in 2 hours. duno how long the rest of it will take.

Did the engine builder mount the timing chains for you?

yep
they screwed it up. I dont wanna pull the motor out again to give to them to fix, and even if htey fix it they might mess it up again. After thanksgiving im gonna give him a call and hopefully get reimburstment for labor. Ill have my shop or friend's shop make up a tag for $80 hour labor x 13 hour or howeever long it takes.
