alright guys so another 5th gen max was tooken off the streets by another stupid driver. I was goin down on a main road and goin normal speed(speed limit) driving like a normal person. And all of a sudden some stupid bit*h decides to take a left turn, from a neighboorhood, and stop right in front of me. I hit the breaks and my car didnt stop fast enough and i tboned her. Then she runs out of the car yelling "my baby" around traffic in the street. So the police gets there and ask whos fault it is and she said it was mine because supposedly i was speeding. the police gave her the citation for not yeilding. Ugh i miss vicky

thanks guys and yea its the max in my sig and in my album. she was my first car and i loved her very much... well as for the insurance ill find out monday since this happened over the weekend. and im plannin on keepin it nissan a 240sx with rb25 swap or maybe just a sti, 04 and above under 25k

I can't believe how close I was to buying a 97 civic, it was either a 97 civic with less mileage or a 97 maxima in better condition........ I was this

But I just noticed... doesn't it seem like civic owners are stuck up? Well, it sure is the case at my school LOL, I was almost side swiped 5 times by people zooming around in the parking lots...

thx ...well she called MY insurance and filed a claim on me and said it was my fault even tho she got the ticket and my insurance don't get why she called. so i got an attorney hopefully he helps... phone camera pic

 

oh and my uncle does body work and he said its fixable but he said the wheel was moved back about an inch idk how he can fix it tho. in my eyes everything is pushed back, cuz see how the hood is over everything and the hood is bent too so i dont kno ... if i do fix her up ill throw the 02-03 front

^lol^ today my dad and I were going down the freeway in his truck... and a semi + big flat bed trailer + some big equipment stuff started to almost change lanes in us, but soon backed off. my dad was like " let that b@$tard hit me, I'll swerve over and hit that retaining wall a couple lanes over [the other direction] and blame it all on him!, (mumbles under his breath) man f#ck this truck, I owe too much on it.... "

man sorry to hear all that. It sucks loosing your first ride to a dumb bimbo. I know when my first max got rear ended that was almost one of the sadest days. Even the wife says she still misses that car. But i visit her everytime i go to my parents house(parts car now)
