how can a person appeal a ticket when there is already a ticket for the same issue that is still in appeal pending.

 

what's the issue? depending on your locale, i doubt if there's a limit on the number of appeals, but u never know...

 

i got a parking fine code-72 for a little piece of sticker that was torn off between 2 months by the person whom stick on the windshield after the car inspection. i mailed the 1st ticket for an appeal with pictures and an inspection receipt a few months back. according to the hearing status, it is still pending. now i got a 2nd ticket for the same issue. i am not should on how to deal with the 2nd ticket. do i ask for a waiver because the 1st ticket is still pending?

 

I think you should correct or avoid the issue in question until the 1st appeal is sorted out.

 

Does the city or county that issued you the ticket have a website where you can easily contact someone and explain?

 

Best you check with local police department.Also find out penalty for not paying said citation fee.

 

First.... Fix the problem so you don't get ANOTHER ticket.
Then appeal the second one and tell them you've fixed the problem.
