G35= RWD & more HP for same price.

or is it hype?

well lots of people have this dilema..

but.. if the 6spd/280hp on the G35 is a definate.. i would say G35..

but since nissan is iffy on it.. and might just only come out with sport shift 5 spd Auto at 260 hp .. i would say maxima.. since it will be lighter

In the long run go with which car makes you the happiest. Obviously, I'm sure you will test drive both. I'm still waiting on the 03 Maxima to see what changes will be made.

I would wait for the G35 since it is based on the Skyline platform. The handling on it should be top notch. This should be the BMW 3 series killer.

FWD + AUTO =






So, substituting for :

RWD + AUTO = FWD + AUTO

Solving for RWD:

RWD = FWD + AUTO - (AUTO)

then:

RWD = FWD



So, does this mean there is no advantage to having RWD or FWD if you have a slushbox?

Furthermore, does this also mean that there is no advantage to having RWD or FWD if you have a 5/6-speed?

6spd/5spd + RWD =

therefore

6spd/5spd + RWD = 6spd/5spd + FWD

6spd/5spd - 6spd/5spd + RWD = FWD

RWD = FWD

then and only then does RWD = FWD
