G35 or a 2k2 Max?

Do I hold out for a BA G35 or throw down on a 2k2 Max?

G35= RWD & more HP for same price.

or is it hype?

Or will the 2003 Max be RWD?

well lots of people have this dilema..

but.. if the 6spd/280hp on the G35 is a definate.. i would say G35..

but since nissan is iffy on it.. and might just only come out with sport shift 5 spd Auto at 260 hp .. i would say maxima.. since it will be lighter

what's the price difference

In the long run go with which car makes you the happiest. Obviously, I'm sure you will test drive both. I'm still waiting on the 03 Maxima to see what changes will be made.

G35 is a sports sedan. Max is a FWD "sporty" sedan.

I would wait for the G35 since it is based on the Skyline platform. The handling on it should be top notch. This should be the BMW 3 series killer.

Hmmmm.......let's think about this:

According to Sprint:

RWD + AUTO =

and

FWD + AUTO =

So, substituting for :

RWD + AUTO = FWD + AUTO

Solving for RWD:

RWD = FWD + AUTO - (AUTO)

then:

RWD = FWD

So, does this mean there is no advantage to having RWD or FWD if you have a slushbox?

Furthermore, does this also mean that there is no advantage to having RWD or FWD if you have a 5/6-speed?

Sprint sure is a deep thinker......

the part you left out is..

RWD = FWD only if:

6spd/5spd + RWD =

6spd/5spd + FWD =

therefore

6spd/5spd + RWD = 6spd/5spd + FWD

6spd/5spd - 6spd/5spd + RWD = FWD

RWD = FWD

then and only then does RWD = FWD
