2K+ Clear corner Lights

Did a search and only found limited info.

Two Questions:

1) Custom Maxima sells the rear set without the colored bulb. How bright is the clear bulb? Does it say, " Hey copper, pull me over!" ?Should I buy a tinted bulb separately to avoid any problems?

http://www.custommaxima.com/5thGenBumperLights.html

2) The installation instructions mention using silicone to prevent leaking into the lense. Has anyone had this problem.

Thanks for any help.

1. just buy a clear bulb from autodynamic.com. I use clear whites for both sets.

2. u dont' really need silicone. doesn't fog up that much.

Anyone know if there is a difference between the ones Courtesy sells and the ones custommaxima sells?

They look the same and custom maxima's are cheaper ( um, I mean less expensive ).
