Please don't flame me (!), but i drove a 1999 Maxima SE, then a 2002 Mazda Protege, then a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue, and now as of this past Monday I am the proud owner of a 2001 Maxima SE - It has 25000 miles on it, kept in a indoor garage, never taken out in the winter, no rust, the interior is like brand-spanking new. What a beautiful car.

My prior ride
Drove a 1990 Jeep POS, uh I mean Cherokee with >250k. Was really good in snow/ice. Not much good on gas mileage. Rod started knocking was the reason for the change. Guy I "gave" it to pulled the oil pan replaced the rod bearings and still running after >285k.
That was my last ride, not enough room here for the others. Prolly more than 20 lol.
Best prior to Maxima was 89 Prelude (bought new drove more than 180k then accident vs. motorcycle. Motorcycle won. Totaled.
Worst was 81 Chevy Citation. Should have received a citation for buying that thing. Blew head gasket. Shot it to put it out of my misery. No really, shot it. Emptied clip from 45 in it. Then one .22 in each tire to keep it from wondering off.
That was my last ride, not enough room here for the others. Prolly more than 20 lol.

. Was going to fix it but sold it and just decided to get a different car...and i chose a 98 SE!

Before that was all Hondas, but they kept getting crushed on the roads out here.
Starting a new chapter with my new (old) 2000 Maxima. If it's as dependable as my old GTP for the next 100k miles, I will be very fortunate.

Don't have this anymore but this pic I found is the closest it comes to the one I had. It was a 1990 Buick Regal Custom GS (EXTREMELY RARE & if I had a chance. I'll buy another one). Miss it a LOT:
Mine had 15% tint (came like that when I bought it), all grey leather interior, sun roof, and wood grain with digital dash board. Thing was a MF BEAST.

Before my first maxima a beige 1985, was an 84 dodge charger that i bought for 25 bucks. Before this maxima, pebble beach 2007 se, it was a 99 plymouth neon with manual everything. Modded it until the engine started making noises an engine shouldn't be making. Too much boost on stock internals was what killed it.

1998 Volvo S70 GLT (turbo) - first car and SORELY missed. bright red. broken all the time. turbo lag. comfiest seats in the WORLD......such character.....
