Need mailing address of Nissan to receive gift for test drving an Altima...

I received the certificate that gives you a watch or bag for test drving an altima. I lost the postage-paid envelope to send it back to Nissan. Does anyone have that envelope? I need the address so I can send my cert back.

I think the cert has to come back in the envelope provided. I'm sure Nissan will say something like the cert is VOID unless sent in with it. Wouldn't surprise me.
