underbody neons...

underbody neons...

whasssup guys? i just got my underglow kit from greg today and i', planning on installing them tomorrow but i was wondering where all u guys that have them mounted them at? thanks guys! and merry x-mas!!!

It's hard without a body kit...you see the bulbs..and I don't like that. Keep it away from where you jack up the car on the sides and in the front see where they would tow your car from...my friend got a DWI and they towed his car and broke front neon.

argh, there has to be a way to mount it so u can't see the actual bulbs without ground effects?!?!?!?

I think its real hard or almost impossible...I looked under the car several times on a lift to see if I could find a place...the neons are not small...around 1 1/2 inches for the tube and another bit for the bracket....if you want, try to put some 3m foam and just place them where you want and step away from the car and see if you can see the bulb when you bend down...then take them off and put them on for good.

With mine..

I just put them right next to the rail. If you've looked under your car u know what im' talking about. I set them right between the 2 points where the stock jackstand attaches on. Seems to work, but nonethless i do have the neons in open site. I don't think u can get away from having them no visable. Just mount them! youll like them!

That stinks. Be creative though and maybe you can find somewhere or come up with another idea to make it work.
