G35 3.5L engine info........
See.....there is more power in the G35. At first it will only have a 5sp auto, but will most likely get a 6sp soon after. The engine will make 260hp, 5 more hp than the max, but an imprssive 260ft-lbs of torque at 4800 rpm. Even with the automatic this car will be FAST. A I35(5 less hp, 15 less ft-lbs, and a 4sp auto) is already at around 7 seconds to 60. The Auto G35 will mostly likely be a 14 second 1/4 car. Hey...the auto max is too.

I'm not surprised at all by that torque given that's what the 2k2 Pathfinder makes with the same engine.

I've seen alot of rationalization on this board, like how the beam axle is a good thing. Anyone prefer FWD to RWD?

What are the cons on this car? It almost seems to give us what we want, RWD, possible 6-spd, 3-spoke steering wheel, led tails, near 50/50 weight, so on and so forth. Even looks nice, c'mon, looks do matter, well, I guess they don't with the 5th gen. But it's nice to have looks. What is it's size, like the IS300 or ES300?
