I just took delivery of a 2012 Maxima SV. I was in the car about a day when I noticed that every time I put my head back against the headrest I would feel a poke in the middle of my back through the seat leather. There are two points of contact that poke me in the back whenever my head leans against the headrest.

I took my car to the dealer to have this fixed and I've been told that there's nothing wrong with the seat. I think there must be because it makes no sense to feel this. It feels as though something isn't anchored properly. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be appreciated.
